How do I book a court?

Court Reserve is our court management system that allows you to view upcoming events, sign up for events, make court reservations, purchase memberships and manage your account.

Why should I become a Member?

BCPC will offer a wealth of programs including Open Play, Clinics, Leagues, and Private Instruction. We welcome guests, but our Members will be granted first access to ALL programs. So. for those looking to participate in specific events at their preferred times, Membership is the way to go!

Can I hold a private party or corporate event at the Club?

Yes, you can definitely hold private parties or corporate events at our indoor pickleball facility. Our facility is equipped to accommodate various types of events, including birthday parties, team-building exercises, and corporate gatherings. With our spacious courts and amenities, we can provide a fun and memorable experience for you and your guests. Please contact us at least six weeks in advance for more information and to make arrangements for your private party or corporate event. 

Can I drop in and play?

Yes, you’re welcome to drop in and play. Courts operate on a first-come, first-served basis. While members have priority, if there are available courts, we’ll be happy to assist you. All people coming to the facility are required to complete the waiver and non members need to have a guest membership.

What is the Court reservation cancellation policy? No-show policy?

Court Reservations- Private court rentals must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund/credit to your account.
Open Play- Must be canceled at least 48 hours before event to receive a refund/credit to your account.
Other Events- Leagues, tournaments, clinics, and lessons are all subject to event specific cancellation policies indicated at time of registration.
